Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a People Operations Specialist for our client in Costa Mesa, CA. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to HR operations at a fast-paced, innovative organization.
- Location: Costa Mesa, CA
- Pay: $40–$45/hour
- Shifts Available: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

- Maintain and update employee records, manage HR support tickets, and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Support system testing, configure updates, and provide feedback to optimize HR processes.
- Respond to employee inquiries, document HR processes, and help drive process improvements and automation.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, benefits, compliance, compensation, and onboarding initiatives.
- Become an expert user of Rippling and other HRIS systems, supporting broader People Operations goals.
- 2 years of HRIS system experience within an HR or People Operations team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high-level data management abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, preferably Rippling or ChartHop, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, maintain confidentiality, and work independently in a fast-changing environment.
- Passion for process improvement, technology, and creating a positive employee experience.
