Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for our client in San Diego, CA. This is an opportunity to work with an innovative life sciences company making an impact in medical diagnostics.

What You’ll Do:
- Assemble consumables using small manual tools and equipment
- Perform manual and semi-automated liquid filling of reagents
- Kitting of finished goods and formulation of reagents using hazardous materials like acetone and isopropanol
- Manage inventory and material replenishment at point-of-use
- Operate in clean room and GMP environments, following SOPs and batch records
- Maintain productivity, quality standards, and detailed documentation
- Work as part of a collaborative team to meet production goals
- Comply with cGMP, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 820 standards
- Report discrepancies and assist with basic troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in laboratory or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with small tools, tweezers, and pipettes
- Experience handling biological or hazardous materials is a plus
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Ability to work with precision using standard measurements and documentation
- Willingness to work in clean room and follow strict protocols
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work overtime as required
