Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Legal File Clerk for our client in Sacramento, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-impact legal project with a well-established firm undergoing a major file cleanup and relocation.
- Location: Sacramento, CA
- Pay: $20/hour
- Shifts Available: Monday–Friday, Full-time (7.5 hours/day)

What You’ll Do:
- Review 800–900 legal files for completeness and compliance with a 7-year retention policy
- Identify and verify closing memos and key dates
- Differentiate between court pleadings and discovery documents
- Label, index, and prepare files for offsite storage
- Lift and organize boxes (up to 30 lbs) as part of relocation prep
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Legal office or law firm experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with legal documents and terminology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes
