Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Building Superintendent for our client in San Diego County. This is an opportunity to lead major construction projects with a company that values safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Location: San Diego County, CA
- Pay: $130,000–$140,000 annually
- Shifts Available: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of construction operations including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Enforce OSHA 30, company safety protocols, and site compliance standards
- Lead job site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and safety
- Manage RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and inspection documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and project managers to resolve on-site challenges
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Proven track record with commercial, industrial, and institutional builds
- OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications required
- Proficient in blueprint reading and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office)
- Must be local to San Diego County and able to work on-site full-time
