What You’ll Do

• Provide loving, attentive care to children (infant through Pre-K)
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Observe and support each child’s growth and development
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered classroom

Basic Qualifications

• 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willing to complete required DCYF preservice trainings

Ongoing Professional Growth

We support your development in early childhood education:

• Complete 30-hour STARS training within 3 months
• Work toward an ECE certificate (or equivalent) within 2 years
• Participate in ongoing professional development annually

Additional Requirements

• TB test (within the last 12 months)
• Proof of MMR vaccination or immunity
• COVID vaccination or approved exemption
• Portable background check & fingerprinting (MERIT)
