As a Technical Project Manager at Eastport Analytics, you will drive the delivery of mission-critical impact through proactive leadership and client engagement. This outcome-oriented role requires close collaboration with mission-focused clients and internal stakeholders to steer technical concept development and capabilities deployment. You will partner with our consultants to transform identified client challenges into successful technology deployments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Client Leadership: Serve as the primary interface for clients at multiple organizational levels, leading conversations on deployment concepts, technical approaches, and business analysis to ensure project success.
- Agile Project Oversight: Organize and track technical projects using Agile or Kanban methodologies. Proactively manage risks, prioritize tasks, and handle project escalations to meet specific business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Facilitate seamless collaboration between technical and non-technical departments to ensure all project requirements and delivery targets are met.
- Project Administration: Lead meeting facilitation by developing agendas, capturing detailed notes, and maintaining consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Three years of consulting, project management, or other directly related experience delivering projects in an Agile IT professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification, and technical background with experience in federal contracting and in a small-company environment preferred.
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with all levels of clients and technical SMEs to establish and monitor deliverables, including briefings, reviews, and presentations.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills with a proven ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Agile project management platforms, such as Jira or GitLab.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination; U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.
- Remote position requiring availability to collaborate during core business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) and attend quarterly in-person meetings in the Washington, DC area.

Compensation & Benefits
The estimated base salary for this position is $98,000 to $122,000 (annualized USD). This role is eligible for bonus pay and a competitive benefits package. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
