Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. This role involves working on residential construction and remodeling projects, including framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in quality workmanship, and works well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry work
• Install cabinets, trim, doors, windows, and flooring
• Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members
• Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards

Qualifications

• 2 years of carpentry or construction experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Preferred Skills

• Experience with kitchen and bath remodels
• Trim and finish carpentry experience
• Basic understanding of other trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
