About the Role: Easton Public Schools is seeking an organized, dependable, and highly communicative Auditorium Event Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of events held in our school auditorium. The primary events supported by this position are our annual dance recitals, with possible additional auditorium rentals and events scheduled throughout the year.The Auditorium Event Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for event organizers and is responsible for coordinating event logistics, staffing, scheduling, and on-site supervision. This position works collaboratively with organizations, performers, staff, and attendees to ensure that each event is well-organized, safe, and successful.Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for organizations and individuals interested in renting the school auditorium, including coordinating inquiries, requests, and event details.Communicate professionally and effectively with event organizers, attendees, staff, performers, and other stakeholders.Coordinate and manage the auditorium event calendar, including scheduling requests and ensuring events are appropriately planned and staffed.Coordinate the logistics and operational needs of dance recitals and other auditorium events.Hire, schedule, and supervise event staff necessary to support auditorium events.Maintain and manage all required event personnel documentation, including timekeeping and payroll-related paperwork.Be present at events to provide on-site supervision and support.Ensure events are conducted in an orderly manner and in accordance with established school and facility policies.Monitor events to ensure appropriate use of the facility and compliance with rental agreements and school expectations.Address event-related questions or concerns and coordinate with appropriate school personnel when necessary.Perform other related duties as assigned.
