Job Summary
Easton Pressure Washing, LLC is looking to add an experienced residential painter to help establish our interior painting service in the Lehigh Valley.
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented painter who takes pride in their work and can lead interior painting projects alongside the business owner. This is an opportunity to help build a growing service from the ground up, with the potential for consistent work as the business expands.
Responsibilities
- Interior painting of bedrooms, living rooms, ceilings, trim, doors, and other residential spaces.
- Surface preparation, minor patching, sanding, caulking, and priming.
- Protecting floors, furniture, and customers' belongings.
- Maintaining a clean, organized job site.
- Working directly with the business owner and sharing your experience and knowledge of the trade.
Requirements
- Proven residential painting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work professionally in customers' homes.
- Experience with prep work, brush-and-roll techniques, and trim painting.
- Dependability, honesty, and a good attitude.
Compensation: Targeting $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and ability. Employment arrangement and schedule will be discussed with qualified candidates.
