Floor installation or construction experience is preferred, however we’d love to teach you the tricks of the trade and help you develop skills that will last a lifetime.
Requirements:
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Good customer service
- Detail oriented
- Driver’s license required and the ability to get to and from work
- Must have a valid ID and Social Security card
- Must be able to lift 50lbs to 100lbs
- Ability to learn quickly
- Punctual
- Reliable
- Ability to read a tape measure
Responsibilities:
- Organize tools and equipment
- Installation of various types of flooring (We will train on the job)
- Cutting and trimming flooring
- Use of saws, utility knifes, power tools, hand tools, etc
- Unload and deliver flooring materials to job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Comply with safety requirements
- Follow direction and instruction well
- Demolition and prep work on job sites
- Move furniture and appliances
- Lift & Carry equipment and material up to 100lbs
- Constant lifting, bending, and working on knees throughout the day
Notes:
- Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (Times may vary, also may be occasional weekend work)
- Payroll is paid twice a month on the 1st and 15th (Direct deposit is available)
- Overtime hours may be available
- Performance bonuses offered
- Starting Pay $20-$30/hr DOE (Trial period may be necessary to gauge skill set)
