Position Summary
Easton Companies is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Concrete Finisher to join our team You will be responsible for placing, finishing, and curing concrete on commercial, industrial, and heavy civil construction projects. This position ensures all finished concrete meets project specifications for appearance, elevation, flatness, slope, and durability while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
The ideal candidate has experience with structural and flatwork concrete, understands concrete placement techniques, and takes pride in delivering high-quality finished products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Concrete Placement, finishing, forming, and reinforcing installation
· Place, spread, level, and finish freshly poured concrete using hand and power tools.
· Strike off, screed, bull float, edge, groove, and hand finish concrete surfaces.
· Operate ride-on and walk-behind power trowels.
· Apply broom, hard-trowel, exposed aggregate, or specialty finishes as specified.
· Finish sidewalks, curb and gutter, slabs-on-grade, elevated decks, foundations, walls, stairs, and structural concrete.
· Maintain proper elevations, slopes, and drainage requirements.
