Bilingual Entry Level Associate Key Responsibilities
- Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers with questions regarding AT&T products and services
- Help customers select AT&T plans, upgrade devices, and activate new accounts
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available service options
- Recommend solutions based on customers’ needs, preferences, and budgets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout every interaction
- Assist with account updates, service changes, and general customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Collaborate with other Bilingual Entry Level Associates to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
Bilingual Entry Level Associate Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow professionally
