Responsibilities
- Load and unload railcars, tank trucks and isotainers, ensuring proper documentation, closure, placarding and sealing, and inspecting for leaks
- Monitor tanks, pumps and instrumentation in the tank farm and transfers materials to and from loading areas and production areas making proper inspection and documentation
- Make product blends, adhering to all production, HSES (Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security) and quality requirements
- Fill containers with product, ensuring proper documentation, sealing, closure and signage, and inspecting for leaks
- Package product, ensuring proper documentation, stacking product on pallets and inspecting for leaks
- Perform minor maintenance on equipment and work with maintenance personnel on major repairs
- Load and unload trucks, adhering to all HSES and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
- Troubleshoot problems
- Use computers to:
- Access procedures and other information
- Access and complete required training
- Input/retrieve data
- Follow all HSES and company rules and policies
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing or operations experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand and follow written or verbal instructions and procedures
- Warehouse Operator Training Program required to be completed upon hire. Warehouse Operators will be expected to perform the essential functions commensurate with their experience and/or level of training completed
