Join the exciting world of Digital and Supply Chain with 100 year old company who is continuing to transform capabilities in a rapidly changing global environment. We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Architect who can collaborate across the organization to provide insight on what’s possible, identify opportunities for improvement and drive overall modernization of system capabilities in support of end-to-end processes.
You will use Supply Chain (OTC) expertise to design & architect digital solutions at an enterprise level. As a member of the IT Service Team for Global Supply Chain, you will lead continuous improvements by leveraging SAP-OTC architecture standards and collaborate with other ERP solution/service architects to deliver cross-functional objectives. Your deep understanding of technology and process knowledge coupled with leadership, communication, and relational skills are essential to engage with both IT and Supply Chain team members.
How you'll help us innovate to build a better world
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Order-to-Cash capabilities and best practices
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to optimize performance and efficiency
- Leverage your expertise in technology with your business acumen as you partner with the Global Supply Chain organization to identify opportunities, gaps, and technologies needed to fulfill business needs
- As the expert in this area, you will provide digital solution recommendations, influence decisions, and implement the digital architecture
- Partner with Supply Chain leaders and other Digital Service Architects to ensure new applications complement global & cross-functional processes and standards
Qualifications

Proven leadership in defining technical strategy and architecture, identifying gaps, and ability to influence leadership
SAP and other technical experience in critical operations
Business acumen is essential
Ability to communicate with all audience levels
Possess a balance of strategic and tactical agility
Experience implementing technical solutions to multiple business/functional areas
Being a self-driven performer
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel efforts
Although not required, experience in the following is a plus:
Six Sigma Certification
Agile Methodology
Supply Chain Order Management and Logistics Experience
EEC 6 or S4/Hanna experience
Familiarity with leading platforms for eCommerce and/or Transportations Management Systems
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
Education and/or Experience
The following is required for this role:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree (Computer Science/Information Systems preferred)
6 years of experience in a related field pertaining to:
- Implementing technical solutions to multiple business/functional areas
- Innovative problem solving and
Deep understanding of SAP related to order to cash processes
