Role Profile

The Pricing Solutions Representative in the Pricing Operations is a key resource to corporately support Eastman’s pricing processes. In addition to process support, the role will also be involved in process development and improvement, training and coaching, best practice sharing and consulting, and developing/interpreting analytics results. Much of this work will come in the form of specific projects, so significant project management experience will be gained .

Responsibilities

• Understand all pricing-related processes, including strategic pricing practices (e.g. Price Bands, EVEs)
• Assist business partners with the implementation of all pricing-related processes
• Onboarding/training/coaching of Pricing Analysts, Customer Service Representatives and Pricing and Product Managers on existing processes, best practices, and compliance expectations
• Support corporate initiatives/projects as Pricing expert, as a team member or leader
• Help monitor and respond to support requests from CSRs, Pricing Analysts and all other business partners for all Pricing related issues in various systems
• Provide courteous and professional support to other members of the PPM CoE community and our business partners
• Use and maintain the Troubleshooting Guide for basic support requests
• Resolve support requests or delegate to other members of the CoE team and IT as required.
• Become proficient in the use of Vendavo, SAP, SalesForce and Tableau software for pricing applications
• Identify and suggest pricing process improvements
• Manage SharePoint administration as needed
• Manage security Administration as needed
• Serve as back-up for other Pricing Solutions Representatives
