Description
JOB SUMMARY:
A. Providing support for end users’ workstations and related office equipment of Eastland Memorial Hospital District.
B. Administer IT systems by performing wide variety of work with many different types of software and hardware. Task can include work with server / storage virtualization application rollout / support, light networking, core system administration / reporting and all aspects of IT support.
C. Document, track, and monitor support request and provide timely feedback to end users during and upon resolution
D. Use of data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns
E. Organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures
F. Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats.
G. Other duties as assigned by IT Director.

B. Written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
C. Working knowledge of windows operating systems
D. Working knowledge of Windows Servers
E. Working knowledge of internal PC components
F. Ability to work independently and in small teams.

Requirements
EDUCATION:
- Associate (Preferred) or Equivalent work training experience
EXPERIENCE:
- Troubleshooting: 2 year (Preferred)
- Windows: 2 year (Preferred)
- Windows Server: 1 year (Preferred)
- Data Analyst: 1 year (Preferred)
