Responsibilities

- Perform procedures such as specimen collection processing, dermal fillers, and sonography as needed. Manage outpatient care, including follow-up visits and ongoing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective case management and discharge planning.
- Participate in utilization management activities to optimize patient outcomes and resource use.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Skills
- Proficient in outpatient care practices and hospital medicine.
- Strong knowledge of case management principles and discharge planning processes.
- Experience with sonography techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform dermal fillers with precision and care.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases efficiently.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
