Eastgate Pet Clinic is hiring a Veterinary Technician to join our growing team! We are a small animal and exotic pet practice. Our practice is busy with a high energy atmosphere, and we are looking for someone that is upbeat, a team player, who has the ability to multitask and provide excellent communication to our pet parents.
Our practice offers services including wellness, senior care, cold laser therapy, nutritional counseling, specialty soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and so much more. Duties include:
- Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, surgeries, and anesthesia monitoring
- Safely restrain patients and provide compassionate, high-quality care
- Perform diagnostic testing, including lab work and radiographs
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
- Maintain accurate medical records and support client education
