Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical, and mechanical systems, with hands-on experience in field service and equipment repair. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and testers to carry out repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members on complex repairs or installations as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role within the construction or property maintenance industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in switchgear, ATS, motors, pumps.
- Ability to work independently in the field while effectively managing time and resources.
- A valid driver’s license is required .
