Do you have a passion for supporting families and helping children thrive? We are currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Parent Educator.
As a Parent Educator, you will partner with families to provide guidance, education, and resources that promote healthy child development and strengthen parent-child relationships. You’ll work one-on-one with parents, facilitate group sessions, and connect families with community supports—all while empowering them to be their child’s first and most important teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Provide home visits and/or office-based sessions with families to support parenting skills and child development.
•
Deliver evidence-based curriculum and activities tailored to each family’s needs.
•
Facilitate parent workshops, support groups, and community events.
•
Complete documentation and maintain case files in compliance with program requirements.
•
Collaborate with schools, social service agencies, and community partners to support families.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Child Development, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
•
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
•
Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed.
•
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
