At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at the Facility Based Crisis Center in Jacksonville, NC.

Your Role in Our Mission
As a Registered Nurse at the Facility-Based Crisis/Detox Center, you will be crucial in providing immediate, high-quality care, including comprehensive patient screening, assessment, and direct nursing care for clients with mental health and substance use disorders. This role involves precise medication and prescription management, monitoring client responses, and collaborating as an integral member of the interdisciplinary treatment team to inform treatment plans and coordinate after-care services. Furthermore, you will offer professional medical guidance and support to Medical Assistants and facility staff, actively contribute to maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment, and ensure meticulous documentation and compliance by maintaining accurate medical records and client medication logs.

This position follows a work schedule of Monday- Friday 7pm-7am with rotating weekends.

- • Competitive salary: $32/hr.- $37, based on experience for this full-time role.

What We’re Looking For
- An active, unrestricted nursing license to practice in North Carolina (RN)
- A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and a good driving record
- Prior mental health experience preferred but not required
