We are seeking a passionate Program Supervisor to join our Outpatient Therapy Team (OPT) to lead, mentor, and support clinicians in delivering excellent patient care for mental health and substance use in our outpatient clinic in Whiteville, NC

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some evening flexibility based on program and client needs.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $65,000 to $74,000 for this full-time exempt position

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the Program Supervisor, you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application, possess top-tier communication skills, be adept at problem-solving and de-escalation in times of crisis, and be able to provide on-call support. We also require:
- Full MH licensure: LCSW, LCMHC
- Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience, in substance use preferred
- Maintain a valid state-appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
