Your Role in Our Mission
As a Cash Posting Specialist on our team, some of the things you would do on a daily basis are: accurately post payments, adjustments, and remittances, assist with resolving outstanding claims, and support month-end reconciliation. You would also process check payments and maintain the daily cash log and post all transactions in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The Cash Posting Specialist is also an integral customer service agent for inquires related to billing, payments, and account balances.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary: This is a full-time non-exempt position.
o Range: $21.63-$25.00/hour
o Details: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5pm

What We’re Looking For
• Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Knowledge: Required knowledge and experience with Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care Organization (MCO), and private insurance claims.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Abilities: Multi-tasking, work independently, organized, able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
