Your Role in Our Mission
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of all positions in our clinics, including licensed clinical substance use and behavioral health professionals, as well as entry-level caregiver positions. The TAS works closely with front-line leaders to build their teams by matching them with IDEAL, "right fit" candidates. Communication, collaboration, relationship building, active listening, and learning skills are essential for the TAS to provide an engaging candidate experience while staying up-to-date with the market and recruiting trends.
This position works hybrid out of the Raleigh offices with weekly travel within the assigned service area for career and community events.

Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive salary: $57,000 to $62,000 for this full-time exempt position
- Generous paid time off and paid holidays

- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Behavioral Health, Healthcare, or care-giver recruiting
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources
