Your Role in Our Mission:
As a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) in our Outpatient clinic you will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, IOP coverage, and therapeutic services to adults with substance use needs. This role involves facilitating group therapy, collaborating with clinical teams and referral sources, and supporting clients through aftercare planning and community referrals. Will also facilitate SAIOP group sessions. The LCAS also ensures accurate documentation, supports crisis intervention, and promotes a safe, therapeutic environment. Services are provided under clinical supervision.

This position follows a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: Starting at $49,000 and up, based on experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- Masters Degree in Human Services or a related Field.
- LCAS (A) licensure is required.
- Experience in Substance Use services preferred.
- Valid Driver's license and auto insurance.
