Some Unique Opportunities In This Role Include
- Mentor newly credentialed BCBAs
- Supervise students and apprentices pursuing their BCBA credential
- Create and present CEs and professional development content
- Partner with Clinic Manager on clinical and leadership initiatives

What We’re Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
- 3 years credentialed and practicing as a BCBA.
- Licensed in NC preferred.
- Leadership and team management, clinical expertise, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Dependability is a must!
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
