Role Description
This is an on-site Pediatric Occupational Therapist role located in Pelham, AL.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing occupational therapy interventions, documenting progress, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and other therapists.
Qualifications
- A strong background in pediatrics and an understanding of child development
- Ability to communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of relevant medical and therapeutic principles
- Current license or certification to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Alabama
- Compassionate and patient-centered care approach
