What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple residential sites, ensuring compliance with licensing standards.
- Manage the residential budget, staff schedules, and overtime.
- Monitor fiscal, medical, and personal documentation for accuracy.
- Participate in Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and Individual Habilitation Plan (IHP) development.
- Prepare and submit monthly operational reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation to meet consumers' needs (employment, recreational, emotional).
- Bachelor’s Degree in mental health, psychology, sociology, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university OR a combination of 1 years of college and at least 4 years of related work/life experience in direct care OR a high school diploma or GED and at least 4 years of related work/life experience in direct care required.
- At least 1 year experience in a mental health group home setting required.
- At least 1 year of management experience required.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including working with individuals with mental illness.
- Intermediate computer skills including the ability to complete documentation in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Knowledge of state/local regulations.
