Job Description:
We are seeking a Workday Core HCM Business Analyst to join our team! The individual in this key position will play a critical role in the ongoing optimization of our Workday HCM system by ensuring that our HR technology supports both our operational goals and the people-first values that define Easterseals.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Core HCM, including configuration, business processes, data flows, and security roles.
Partner closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements. Demonstrate strong business analysis skills and documentation expertise by documenting needs and design Workday solutions that support workforce planning, talent development, and HR operations.
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas to streamline or enhance HR processes using Workday’s capabilities.
Collaborate with technical teams to configure system enhancements, ensure alignment with organizational priorities, and troubleshooting issues as needed.
Develop test plans, lead testing efforts (UAT), and validate that new features or changes meet business needs before deployment.
Create and manage Workday dashboards, reports, and data extracts to empower data-driven decisions across HR and leadership teams.
Monitor data quality and consistency across HCM modules; perform root cause analysis and work with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
At least five (5) years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM
Nonprofit, healthcare, or human services experience is a plus
Deep functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM, including reporting, configuration, and business process frameworks
Workday Pro HCM Certification preferred
Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within a multi-site, multi-stakeholder organization
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 annually, based on experience, education, and certifications.
This is an on-site role based in Manchester, NH, and will initially require a greater on-site presence, with the option to work remotely up to two days per week.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week.
