We are currently hiring for both our Day Program and our Residential Homes, offering flexibility based on your interests, experience, and schedule.
What You’ll Do

Responsibilities
As a Residential Direct Support Associate, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities and varying medical needs. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication administration
- Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility
- Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry
- Accompanying individuals to appointments, activities, and community events
- Following personalized care plans
- Completing daily documentation on a computer or tablet
- Participating in trainings such as conflict resolution and behavioral health safety
We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a:
- Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Residential Counselor
- Caregiver
- Behavior Technician
- Support Counselor
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
- Prior direct care/direct support experience preferred, but not required
- Day Program: $19 - $23 hourly, dependent upon program needs.
- Residential: $21 - $22.62 hourly, dependent upon program needs.
