Easterseals NJ has an exciting opportunity within our Fiscal Intermediary business line for a PROGRAM ENROLLMENT MANAGER!
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, result-driven leader who can motivate and lead a team in a changing environment. Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Enrollment process for the Agency With Choice (AwC) program, ensuring effective risk and quality management systems to meet operational outcomes, contractual and funder's requirements, and financial targets.
This position will serve as the primary liaison between all key stakeholders of the Program’s Enrollment process, both internal and external, to effectively communicate, coordinate and collaborate in the group's ongoing initiative to deliver quality services to its core customers.

The Enrollment Manager will possess proven leadership skills in these highly critical areas:
- Delivery of outstanding and highly responsive internal and external customer service with a high degree of flexibility and creativity
- Ability to create a high-energy, highly motivated teamwork environment.
- You are a Change-Agent that will provide direction, guidance, and oversight of the Fiscal Intermediary enrollment team.
- You must promote a team-oriented culture built on trust and respect.
- Establish effective working relationships with staff, internal and external stakeholders, and outside government agencies.
- Build an effective, highly engaged team to ensure peak performance and quality customer service
- You are accountable for performance metrics to ensure that metric goals are being met and delivered, both financially and operationally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field required.
- Minimum five years experience in a leadership role
- Drives best-in-class enrollment process in keeping with Easterseals regulatory compliance
- Strong technical skills in MS Office systems, specifically advanced knowledge of EXCEL.
- Strong people management skills in key functional areas of customer service, enrollment, & Compliance
- Excellent judgment, verbal/written communication, and listening skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with diplomacy, discretion, and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing new initiatives with successful outcomes.
- Understanding working with contracts under the Division of Developmental Disabilities is helpful.
- Must have a working knowledge of Medicaid billing credentials and criteria.
- Working knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems (EHR).
- Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
