What You’ll Do:
The AVP, Behavioral Health Services will provide executive leadership across a diverse behavioral health portfolio. This role is ideal for a strategic, innovative leader with a strong background in behavioral health operations, integrated care, managed care, clinical quality, and program development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide executive leadership for multiple behavioral health service lines, including outpatient, residential, and community-based programs.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee program performance, quality improvement, and fiscal management to support sustainability and growth.
- Strengthen partnerships with hospitals, primary care providers, managed care organizations, payers, and community agencies.
- Advance integrated care models, trauma-informed approaches, and data-driven decision-making.
- Use performance metrics, KPIs, and outcomes data to evaluate program effectiveness and guide strategy.
- Mentor and develop leaders to foster innovation, accountability, and a strong organizational culture.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to expand service lines, optimize revenue cycles, and support value-based care initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, Business (MBA), or related field required; Doctorate preferred.
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including 5 years in senior management within behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, or human services.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, quality improvement, revenue cycle management, and budget oversight.
- Strong background in integrated care, managed care, Medicaid, and partnerships with healthcare and community systems.
- Skilled communicator and collaborator with experience leading cross-functional teams and advancing DEI-centered leadership.
- Proven ability to use analytics, KPIs, and data systems to drive performance and organizational outcomes.
