- Assistant Behavior Analyst Board Certification and Michigan state license.
- 2 years experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities in team settings.
- Knowledge of ABA methodologies and assessment tools (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEERS).
- Familiar with early intervention programs and community resources.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or ASL a plus.
- Demonstrates good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with computers and word processing software.
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for travel to multiple worksites.
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and supervise individualized treatment programs for children, youth, and adults with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and produce progress reports that meet regulatory and funding requirements.
- Observe and coach care teams and families to ensure effective program delivery across all settings.
- Review client data and update programs to reflect progress toward developmental goals.
- Maintain required crisis intervention certifications and provide clinical support for challenging behaviors.
- Lead regular treatment updates and planning sessions with behavior technicians and team members.
- Supervise behavior technicians, including scheduling, time-off management, and performance evaluations.
- Track service delivery to ensure clients receive the full scope of authorized services and meet productivity goals.
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation of billable services.
- Provide on-site coverage as needed to support clients and staff.
- Utilize agency-provided technology effectively and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Manage time and priorities independently to achieve daily, weekly, and long-term objectives.
