Make a real impact during life’s most critical moments. As a Crisis Services Specialist, you’ll support individuals experiencing urgent behavioral challenges, helping them stabilize, feel safe, and regain control. Using applied behavior analysis (ABA) and positive behavior supports, you’ll play a key role in guiding individuals toward greater independence while ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide behavioral support and crisis intervention for individuals with complex needs
- Implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Track behavioral data and complete required documentation
- Assist with daily living tasks (hygiene, meals, transportation, etc.)
- Administer medications and support medical needs
- Support community involvement and social connections
What You Bring:
- Strong de-escalation and crisis response skills
- Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in high-stress situations
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Basic computer skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of direct support experience (including 1 year with high behavioral needs)
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
