ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a leadership position. As such, the Program Director ensures the smooth operations and completion of work product of the office. Work to maintain a positive relationship and office environment for all. Coaching and leading the office through program changes. Relaying information timely from ESL corporate office and funders.

Tasks To Further This Effort Include The Following
- Ensure ongoing requirements of contract(s) are met timely and successfully
- Quality Control
- Supervision of Support Coordination Supervisors
- Maintain the Quality Assurance Plan
- Monitor supervision binders at least quarterly
- Provide oversight of daily operations
- Provide oversight of interviewing, hiring, and training
- Responsible for billing procedure processes
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and disseminate directives/info effectively and timely
- Ensure necessary training and tools are provided for staff
- Meet billing quotas
- Provide budget oversight
- Discipline and coaching of direct reports.
- Complete annual performance review of each direct report at least annually
IV. QUALIFICATIONS:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Services field or a General Studies or Liberal Arts degree with a minimum of sixteen (16) hours of social service coursework in one concentration.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years as a Support Coordinator Supervisor.
- The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, type and/or retrieve documentation into web based applications, file and retrieve written documents, communicate with others on the phone and in person.
- The employee is frequently required to walk, sit, use hands, and lift and/or move lightweight items.
- Able to move independently within the facility and community.
- Work is performed in a normal working office setting that is environmentally controlled.
