Easterseals is seeking dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician who finds fulfillment in working with children with autism, to play a key role by joining our growing Applied Behavior Analysis Program in New Castle County. Support children and families to meet their developmental goals and play a major role in their achievements!
This role is a mix of center and community-based treatment. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel. We are looking for full-time, part-time technicians. Full-time includes generous compensation package.
Qualifications:
- Must have compassion for others and the desire to support children with disabilities
- High school diploma
- RBT certification OR in process of obtaining RBT certification
- Driving record in good standing for community visits
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
