Easterseals is seeking a motivated and dedicated professional to provide support and guidance to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a day program and prevocational setting.
As you build relationships with the people you serve, you will share in the joy that they experience when learning a new skill of participating in their community.

Qualifications:
• Must have compassion for others and the desire to support adults with disabilities
• Experience supporting adults with disabilities in a prevocational setting
• Must be able to work M-F (daytime) 40-hours/week.
• Availability to cover janitorial contracts, as early as 6:00am, on a scheduled basis
• Ability to pass additional background checks, per contract requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driving record in good standing to drive company vehicles
• Case management and documentation experience
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
• Job-specific paid training provided on site
