Position Summary:
In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills in a fun, nurturing setting.

- Provide direct ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Follow behavior intervention plans with consistency and care
- Collaborate with families and therapy team members
- Create a positive, encouraging environment for each child
- Support skill development through structured activities and play

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays, is preferred
- Passion for pediatric therapy and child development
- Excellent communication, patience, and flexibility
- Ability to work on-site
