Eastern Tire is hiring a Service Writer to join our front-of-house team
What you'll bring:
- Experience as a service writer in a professional automotive shop — tire shop experience is a strong plus
- Comfort managing a busy front counter and communicating clearly with both customers and technicians
- Ability to translate tech-speak for customers, and relay customer concerns accurately to the shop
- Solid RO management: accurate documentation, timely close-out for invoicing
