Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, organized, and detail-oriented Reception Coordinator. In this role, you will create a positive first impression for customers while supporting daily operations across multiple departments. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Answer and route incoming calls efficiently and courteously
- Take accurate messages and communicate information promptly
- Coordinate with sales, shop, and installation teams to support customer needs
- Process customer payments and assist with basic transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready reception and showroom area
- Track showroom traffic and assist with reporting
- Manage office supplies and front desk inventory
- Prepare and distribute daily mail
- Respond to general inquiries via phone and email
- Support staff and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or administrative experience and skills required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer, internet, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
