Job Summary:

Eastern Star Home is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our Nursing Department team. As a Scheduler, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the efficient scheduling of RN's, LPN's, and CNA's to provide exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Schedule nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime

• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing to ensure accurate staffing levels

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff schedules and personnel data

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff

• Troubleshoot scheduling issues and develop solutions to minimize conflicts

• Utilize scheduling software to track and analyze staffing patterns and trends

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and care delivery

Requirements:

• Education: n/a

• Experience: 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with previous scheduling experience preferred

• Certifications/ Licenses: n/a

• Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

• $21-$23 HOURLY salary
