What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Support Staff position at Eastern Shore Rural Health System?
The Clinical Support Staff is responsible for providing high quality patient focused care through the adherence to organizational policies and procedures, mastery of clinical skills, and implementation of the standardized patient intake and standing orders. Promotes a cohesive environment of teamwork, open communication, care and support among staff and patients. Adhere to scope of practice requirements and ensure confirmation of clinical skill performance by licensed staff where applicable.
