Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Screen Fabricator located in Selbyville, DE. The Screen Fabricator will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and assembling, screen panels . Additional tasks include maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, collaborating with the team, and adhering to safety protocols during all phases of the fabrication and installation process.
Qualifications
- Experience with fabrication tools and equipment, including measuring, cutting, and assembly processes
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accurate and quality workmanship
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work from blueprints or design specifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage workflows efficiently
- Physical capability to perform hands-on work, including lifting and positioning materials
- Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean work environment
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification is a plus
