What You'll Do as an Attraction Associate:
As an Attraction Associate at Eastern Shore Lanes, you'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our guests have an amazing time across all our attractions. Your responsibilities will include:
- High Ropes Course: Safely guiding guests through our exhilarating high ropes course, providing instructions, ensuring harnesses are properly fitted, and maintaining a secure environment.
- Laser Tag Arena: Facilitating exciting laser tag games, explaining rules, assisting with equipment, and ensuring fair play and a thrilling experience for all participants.
- Arcade Management: Assisting guests with arcade games, troubleshooting minor issues, explaining game play, and ensuring a fun and functional arcade environment.
- Bowling Counter Operations: Managing the bowling counter, assigning lanes, assisting with shoe rentals, taking payments, and providing excellent customer service to our bowling enthusiasts.
- Go Karts and Mini Golf - new just opened
- Guest Experience: Actively engaging with guests, answering questions, providing directions, resolving minor concerns, and generally contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere at Eastern Shore Lanes.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensuring all attraction areas are clean, organized, and ready for guest use throughout your shift.
- Safety Adherence: Strictly following all safety protocols and procedures for each attraction to ensure the well-being of guests and fellow team members.
