Party Coordinator - SPANISH FORT, AL

Job Summary: The Party Coordinator reports directly to the GM. This is a management level position. The Party Coordinator is responsible for all operations related to birthday parties. This position is responsible for all preparation for the birthday parties. This person is responsible for booking the birthday parties and oversees the entire booking process. This person must maintain a high level of guest service to our guests and insure the birthday party experience is of desired service standard. This person must maintain inventory levels of all birthday party supplies. This person must manage the party hosts and train them to a high standard. Ultimately, the party coordinator is responsible for the guest’s experience of all birthday parties from the booking process to the checkout and follows up. This position does require weekends. Must be able to comunicate on digital marketing platforms and making outbound calls. Will also learn bowling counter area and help when needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
*learn and work all customer service stations
*work directly with other departments on events
*supervise and often participate I the cleaning of all party rooms
*answer the phone with enthusiasm and professionalism
*communicate with owners about issues and concerns
Thursday thru Monday 10-6 off Tuesday and Wednesday
