Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Panama City, FL. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating and managing hiring processes, maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Additional responsibilities include leveraging recruitment technologies, creating compelling job postings, and staying updated on hiring trends to meet organizational needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and conducting structured interviews
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
- Knowledge of employment laws, equal opportunity practices, and recruitment compliance guidelines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage multiple recruitment projects
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience recruiting for technical or skilled trades positions is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to detail and accuracy
