The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven Turkey Sales Specialist to lead the procurement, sales, and relationship management of turkey products across domestic and international markets. Essential duties and Responsibilities
- Buy and sell turkey products to maximize profit and meet Company goals.
- Monitor domestic and international poultry markets, pricing trends, and supply conditions to identify trading opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, processors, distributors, and customers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and delivery terms with both suppliers and customers.
- Ensure all trading activities adhere to Company policies, food safety regulations, and import/export laws.
- Adress and resolve any customer concerns by identifying problems and working with management to present alternative solutions.
- Travel to build customer and supplier relationships as necessary.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3 years of experience in Turkey Sales preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of commodity pricing
