We have an immediate opening for full time, licensed Physical Therapists who are specialized in soft tissue injuries and arthritis in our busy outpatient clinic in Lowell, MA. Looking for passionate individuals who care about helping patients to reach their goals and return to normal activities. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, note writing skills, EMRs and telehealth that show skilled physical therapy. Home-Based PT experience is a plus. New graduates are encouraged to apply and training is offered. Salary is competitive and based on experiences. Hours are flexible. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to determine the best course of treatment
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Able to utilize and treat manual therapy, soft tissue massage, heat/ice, e-stim & ultrasound
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in MA
- Experience working with pediatric & geriatric patients is a plus
- Experience working with MVAs
- Experience working with EMR and Telehealth
- Excellent note writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
