Eastern Oil Company is seeking a Production Associate to handle movement, packaging, loading and offloading of bulk oils and coolants. Our ideal candidate is excited and passionate about working and learning in a team-oriented atmosphere. All candidates will be required to complete and pre-employment testing including a background check and drug/alcohol test.

Key Responsibilities:
- Offloading of bulk oils into tanks and compartments
- Loading of bulk oils and water-based coolants into trucks and various vessels
- Packaging of product into drums, totes, pails and kegs
- Moving finished materials from production area to warehouse
- Meet and exceed product quality and accuracy standards
- Maintain a safe, productive work flow
- Maintain basic housekeeping
- Assist in equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1 years’ experience working in a production facility
- Fork truck experience preferred
- Experience with HAZMAT, HAZWOP and DOT regulations preferred
- Must be able to lift/push/pull 60 pounds, twist/turn, reach over shoulders, bend/stoop and stand/walk on a continual basis
- Demonstrated ability to work in an organized manner while maintaining deadlines
- Team player that wants to be part of a fast-paced organization that is positioned for continued growth
- An understanding of units of measure
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, E-Mail)
- Must be flexible; Ability to change and handle multiple tasks/assignments simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
