Eastern Oil Company is Michigan’s premier producer of Eastern Premium lubricants, process oils, greases, and Excel metalworking fluids. With over 50 years of industry experience, we offer a competitive advantage to include blending and custom formulating to our partners. We are currently looking for a Customer Care Representative:
Key Responsibilities:
· Communicates effectively with customers on orders, requests, and related needs
· Uses effective customer service techniques to identify customer needs to support their operations
· Coordinates with various departments to ensure products are available for timely delivery
· Provide exceptional customer care through communication both internally and externally in a timely manner
· Process customer orders, create shipping documents, and trouble shoot customer concerns
· Pro-actively manage shipping and delivery with transportation and shipping departments
· Maintains and updates customer info in ERP system related to customer requirements
· Achieve monthly KPI goals as outlined by management
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Confident and driven individual with excellent customer service and communication skills
· Quick learner – Has the ability to learn new systems, products, and services
· One year of sales customer service and/or equivalent transferrable skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred
· ERP experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
